in the hiring of new technicians. Secondary projects during employment
included training of most west coast peer level staff, development of a
diagnostic CD currently in use by west coast stores as well as
initial design of a low-cost in-house CRM system for use by all
technicians. Sales experience includes securing several very large
customer contracts including NAACP and several legal offices. These
orders paved the way for the business class tech service Staples
